The Kawasaki Versys X 300 has been a *nearly* perfect beginner adventure motorcycle. It had better be; this is actually my first motorcycle. The Versys borrows the 12,000-RPM motor from the sporty Ninja 300, planting it into a taller ADV motorcycle frame and cladding it with attractive fairings. The resulting mini adventure motorcycle can zip along highways and B roads, then hit the dirt and gravel for off-road adventures. Make sure you subscribe to view the whole series: I'll build this budget adv motorcycle into something even more capable as we add important adv motorcycle mods, ending up with a bike that can take me out to all the things I love in the great outdoors. The Saddle Sore Saga is all about budget motorcycle camping and backpacking on a budget motorcycle.
